1. What payment methods are accepted at tonianns?

tonianns website only accepts orders via PayPal or guest check out via paypal through tonianns, or through eventbrite.

2. How can I track my order status?

To track an existing order, please log into your tonianns account and review Order.

The 3 Stages to an Order:

  • Processing in Progress: Your order is being processed.
  • Shipped: Your order has been sent to you and you should have received a tracking number if you ordered a trackable product.
  • Delivered: Your order is at your door or in your hands.
  • Orders can also be:
  • Cancelled: For reasons I will disclose with you when cancelled.
  • Refunded: For reasons I will disclose with you when refunded.

Tracking is found at the bottom of the site or on your email you should have receive when the order was made. You can also type your tracking number in a web browser and it will pop-up where your package is.

3. When will my order be shipped out?

Your items are made to order and usually ship within 2-3 days. Please note that tonianns has no impact on the actual delivery time.

Delivery times are only estimated.

4. What is your refund policy?

We don't give refunds unless authorized and only for reasons such as a product comes malfunctioned. A picture will need to be sent to refund@tonianncarriere.com if that happens. tonianns doesn't accept exchanges either. All sales are final.

5. No ones responding back to me from when I contacted tonianns on the contact form.

Have no worries. If you haven't received a confirmation email then most likely we didn't get it either. Send it again and make sure to check your spam mail after each transaction with tonianns.

6. On my mobile device, it isn't allowing me to pay.

You are most likely putting it in the wrong way. If you are using a credit or debit card, it is PayPal not PayPal credit that you will have to click on, unless you are using a PayPal Credit Card, but for regular credit cards or debit cards, it is just PayPal.  Also, always, double check all the numbers to make sure they aren't incorrect.

7. Why isn't my voucher working?

Make sure you are typing the code in correctly. If you are using it with another voucher, not all vouchers work with each other. Also, vouchers do expire.

8. How do I stop my reoccurring subscription?

In your account, you shall find a tab that says subscriptions and you can cancel it in there.
